  • Sit or stand with your erect spine
  • Now stretch lower muscles of your mouth opposite to neck
  • Continue to do this jaw up and down for about 5-10 minutes

HEAD LIFT

  • Lie on bed leaving your head on the free side
  • Now gently pick your head towards your chest without hands
  • Continue to be in this position for 10 seconds
  • Now slowly get back to the initial position.
CHEWING EXERCISE
