Simple Exercises To Lose Belly Fat

Are you ashamed of going out on T-shirts? Are your friends making fun out of your body?
If your answer is yes, then you are in a right place to find your answer. If I'm not wrong you must be looking for burning belly fat. If you are seriously wanted to get rid of belly fat, you must make some changes in your daily routines.
If you thought that only diet would help in carving your body, then you are wrong. As we all knew that dieting only helps in maintaining the sugar level in the body, but if you want to burn the accumulated sugars. A workout is the only way, so diet and workout side by side gives you an optimal result in carving your body. So we suggest you spend one hour of your time for a workout and to follow a strict diet. Here we suggested some exercises to burn belly fat.
​Crunches:
Crunches are considered as one of the most effective exercises to reduce fat beneath the belly.
PROCEDURE
  1. Gently lay your body flat on the ground
  2. Then lift your lower part (thighs) perpendicular to the ground as shown in picture
  3. Inhale deeply while lifting your thighs
  4. Slowly exhale while getting back to the initial position
  5. As a beginner, repeat this exercise for about 10 times.
  6. Continue to do this exercise forming about three sets
  7. Increase the count as you are getting used to it.
Note:
During the crunches your head must make an angle of 25-40 degrees with the ground to feel pressure on the abdomen, this makes you get an optimal result.

Twist Crunches:
Twist crunch is an upgraded exercise in the basic crunches, start doing twist crunches once you get used to the crunches.
Procedure:
  1. Lie down on the mat, and then put your hands behind your head.
  2. Now bend your right knee up towards your chest and lift your left shoulder towards the right.
  3. Then lift your left knee up towards your chest and lift your right shoulder towards left.
  4. Repeat second and third steps simultaneously.
  5. Make sure to complete 10-15 reps for one set.

Reverse crunch:
Reverse crunch is little different to the above-mentioned crunches. Reverse crunch could bring a great pressure in the abdomen.
Procedure:

  1. Lie down on the mat, and then place your hands firmly on the mat.
  2. Now slowly lift your hip, taking a firm support of your hands and shoulders as shown in the picture.
  3. Now get back to the initial position.
  4. Make sure to have 10-15 reps

Vertical leg crunch:
Vertical leg crunch helps in tightening lower abdomen
Procedure:
  1. Lie down on the map, now stretch your legs in such a way that they should be perpendicular to the ground as shown in the figure.
  2. Lifting your legs inhale your breath and exhale while getting down your body.
  3. Continue to do about 12-15 reps

Bicycle exercise:
In this exercise, your legs movements will appear as if you are bicycling. That’s a reason it is named after bicycle.
Procedure:
  1. Lie on the mat, and then lift your head 25-30 degrees to the ground
  2. Bringing your left leg close and right leg away, then lift your right shoulder towards the right.
  3. Now repeat the above step changing the sides.
  4. Continue to this reps for about 15-20

Walking
Walking is one among the cardio exercises. It greatly helps in burning fat accumulated in the body. This simple exercise is less effective, but definitely shows a result under proper diet. It greatly helps in increasing metabolic rate. Thus helps in burning belly fat.
In the same way other cardio exercises like running, jogging, swimming, and cycling will be very effective in reducing your tummy.
