DETOX DRINK
Detox drink is an infused water of some spices or other ingredients. It has been mentioned as one of the most prominent drink in the aspect of weight loss. It helps by flushing out the toxins available in your body.
PROCEDURE
  1. Boil one glass of water
  2. Add ¼ tsp of cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and fennel seeds each.
  3. Now cover the lid and boil the solution for five minutes on a low flame
  4. Now strain the liquid from solids
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of honey to this drink
  6. Now have this healthy detox

​ASHWAGANDHA (WITHANIA SOMNIFERA)
Cortisol is a hormone quite often released in our body due to stress. In turn this leads to poor metabolism. Here, ashwagandha plays a vital role in controlling cortisol levels, and in regularizing metabolism in body. So ashwagandha acts a catalyst in the process of weight loss
PROCEDURE
  1. Eat leaves of ashwagandha in morning, afternoon and, night with lukewarm water for 3-7 days on empty stomach
  2. Give a break for 15 days then
  3. Again start taking leaves of ashwagandha for 3-7 days
  4. In this process whenever you feel thirsty drink lukewarm water

TRIPHALA
Equal compositions of three different seedless fruits are called as triphala. Those fruits are namely Amalaki (Emblica officinalis), Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica), and Haritaki (Terminalia chebula).
                  These three fruits are rich in anti-oxidants and they are entirely capable of boosting metabolism levels, immunity level, and in regulating blood cholesterol levels.
PROCEDURE
  1. Take 1 or 2 tablespoon of triphala powder in one or two glasses of water respectively according to your sensitivity
  2. Soak this water overnight
  3. Now boil this water to reduce half a glass
  4. In this triphala extract solution, add few drops of lemon, ginger, and 1-2 tablespoon of honey into this solution.
  5. Now drink this solution on empty stomach

GREEN GINGER TEA

PREPARATION
  1. In 200 ml of hot after add some tea leaves
  2. Add ½ inch grated ginger or ginger juice into this tea.
  3. Let it brew for 3-4 minutes
  4. Now you can serve yourself with green ginger tea
